SUMMARY AND COURSE OF FIRE:  Team rifle shoot (teams chosen ad hoc) using any military rifle with at least a 10 round capacity magazine (ex. AK-47, AR-15, SKS), bolt-action rifles okay (ex. M1 Garand), slings allowed, battle sights only. All shooting is done offhand “standing” at 50 yards in six 10-round stages with the exception of the November shoot, which is the same format but with pistols only at 25 yards. Targets vary but are usually paper for three stages, clay pigeons for two stages, balloons for one stage.  Check out the pictures below!

EQUIPMENT:  Eye and ear protection, rifle, sling optional, open bolt indicator required (available for $1 if needed), approximately 60 rounds ammunition (plus ammo for sighters).

COST:  $10.00.

WHEN:  Sundays, fourth of each month, March through October and the second Sunday in November.  Setup begins at 10AM. Registration and sighters at 12:00 p.m., match begins 1:00 p.m., ends approx. 3:00 p.m.

This shoot is for men and women, minimum age 12 years old. Children 12-17 welcome with adult supervision.
